How to Fondue

Relax & Enjoy!

We are an intimate yet casual full fondue restaurant from beginning to end. Our menu is set up as a four-course meal, beginning with a cheese fondue appetizer for the table to share, individual soups / salads, an entrée fondue round, and topped off with dessert fondue! Not that hungry? No problem! You & your party may select individual courses together on an a la carte basis. And we have non-fondue options as well, please ask your server for details.

Begin your fondue journey with a pot of melted cheese with accompanying fresh-baked bread, fruits, and vegetables for dipping.

Course 1: Cheese Fondue

Begin your experience with a pot of delicious cheese fondue for the table to share. Choose from long-time favorites including our Cheddar Ale, Swiss Original, and Tuscan Sun-dried Tomato or richer options such as Fontina Basil, Havarti Dill, and Gouda Bacon. Plus many of our cheeses can be made vegan on request!

All cheeses are served with locally-sourced bread and a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables for dipping. Gluten free options are also available.

Course 2: Salad, Soup, or Charcuterie

As a palate cleanser following cheese, choose from a variety of fresh salads with house-made dressings, soups made daily from scratch, or our charcuterie platter big enough for two to share (though if you want one for yourself that’s OK too!)

Course 3: The Entrée Round

Fondue is unique in that everyone shares one pot (per burner) to cook in - the shared experience makes for a more intimate and memorable one, perfect for special occasions or whenever you feel like celebrating!

First, choose a cooking style for the table - options include Peanut Oil, White Merlot and Vegetable Broth, Port Wine and Beef Broth, Asian Firepot with Sake, Chicken Broth, or one of our seasonal specialties.

Next, choose your entrées. In addition to long-time standards of filet mignon, premium chicken breast, and large shrimp, select from a variety of options including our rosemary potatoes (a favorite!), vegetable medley, and potstickers in both chicken and vegetarian styles.

Don’t forget the sauces! The Little Dipper is known for our homemade dipping sauces for your meats, vegetables, and seafood after cooking. We make over a dozen daily, from creamy to savory to a little bit spicy!

There’s really no wrong way to fondue, and your server is ready to help with recommendations!

Complete your experience with the sweetest of treats - our dessert fondues feature combinations of chocolate, peanut butter, caramel, and marshmallow creme and are served with your choice of a fruit plate or our ‘Classic’ dippers. Vegan chocolate now also available!
